Throneberry, a baseball player from Pine Bluff, Ark., was the 2010 recipient of the Southland Conference Steve McCarty Citizenship Award. He hit .313 with 56 hits, 11 doubles, 2 home runs, 28 runs batted in and eight stolen bases as a senior. Throneberry graduated in may with a degree in biology and a 3.67 grade point average.
