Gilmore won his fifth-straight start with his fourth complete game in the last five outings after this weekend's play. He threw only 83 pitches, allowed six hits (all singles) and walked no batters for second consecutive game. Gilmore posts a 2.02 ERA with a 7-2 record and his first the Bear's record book in shutouts (4), third in career wins (19) and fourth in complete games (10).
Central Arkansas senior outfielder Wesley Hoover received honorable mention for the week.
