Joey Dawes, a senior outfielder from Siloam Springs, Arkansas, ignited Ecclesia College to a 3-1 record this past week in a 4 game series with Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College. On the week, Dawes had a .615 batting average going 8-13 with 4 doubles, 2 triples, 4 RBI’s, and 5 runs scored. Dawes had a 1.231 slugging percentage and also went 2 for 2 in stolen bases. Defensively, he fielded 1.000% with 10 putouts and 1 assist, throwing out a runner at home plate.
