Jalin Lawson, a junior from Troy, Alabama, led the Mustangs to an American Midwest Conference Sweep over Harris-Stowe State University and played well in a narrow loss to NCAA DII Harding University. Lawson batted .700 (7-of-10) with 2 doubles, 3 home runs, had a 1.80 slugging percentage, and was walked 6 times. Lawson scored 9 runs and had 6 RBI’s on the week. Lawson leads NAIA in home runs (19) and slugging percentage (.943).
