Vote For ATU's Matt Johnson For Tino Martinez Award
Arkansas Tech outfielder Matt Johnson is among the eight finalists for the honor which is awarded to the top player in NCAA Division II baseball. Johnson put together one of the best seasons in ATU history becoming the first Wonder Boy to claim the GSC West Division Player of the Year accolade. Johnson led ATU to a Championship Day appearance in the GSC Tournament and capped the season No. 1 in the nation in runs per game (1.55), runs (79.0) and hits (99.0).
