Hendrix College senior CF Daniel Ward has been named the NCAA Division III National Hitter of the Week for games played during the week of April 6-12, as voted on by a panel of members from the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association.
Ward was also featured on this weeks episode of Inside SCAC Baseball Volume 6. He spoke with the SCAC's Assistant Commissioner for Communications, Jeff DeBaldo, about the opportunity to play for a spot in this year's post season tournament, his career at Hendrix and what the Warriors have to do to win the crucial two games they need against Southwestern this weekend.
