Razorback Baseball finishes second in attendance

For the third consecutive year, the Arkansas baseball team has finished second nationally in attendance, as a school-record 292,734 fans filed through the Baum Stadium gates during the 2010 season.

The Razorbacks finished second in both total home attendance and average home attendance. The Hogs averaged 7,704 fans over the 38 games played at Baum Stadium in 2010. The total attendance figure of 292,734 set a new school record, easily besting the previous mark of 266,270 fans set during the 2007 season.

Arkansas has finished in the top five nationally in attendance each of the last six years, including ranking second in the country in five of the last six seasons. The Razorbacks led the nation in attendance following the 2007 season, averaging a then-NCAA record of 8,069 fans a game.
