Hitter of the Week: Gordon Miller, UA Fort Smith

Miller batted .583 (7 for 12) while play in four of UA Fort Smith's five games last week against Henderson State University and Texas A&M International. He belted three doubles and one home run, collected 13 RBI and compiled a 1.083 slugging percentage. He compiled a .588 onbase percentage and recorded 37 putouts with five assists and only one error for a .977 fielding percentage. In the series against TAMIU, which UA Fort Smith won 2-1, Miller batted .600 (6 for 10) with three doubles, one home run, four runs scored and six RBI. He compiled a slugging percentage of 1.200 and an on-base percentage of .571.
