Biggerstaff went the distance for the Bears in UCA's 10-inning 2-1 win against Oral Roberts in the series opener. The senior from Sherwood, Ark. (Central Arkansas Christian H.S.), tossed 129 pitches in the affair while giving up only one run while striking out six hitters. Biggerstaff never surrendered more than a single to the Golden Eagles. It was the second time in his last three starts that Biggerstaff threw 10 innings. With the win, Biggerstaff moved to 4-5 on the season and lowered his earned run average to 3.38.
