Arkansas Tech University Athletic Director Steve Mullins announced Wednesday that Billy Goss has tendered his resignation as the school’s head baseball coach.
Goss, who just finished his 11th season at the helm of the Wonder Boys Baseball program, posted a 265-277-1 overall record at Tech and led the Wonder Boys to five Gulf South Conference Tournament appearances, including a GSC Tournament runner-up finish in 2001. This past season, Tech finished with a 22-30 overall record and a 9-12 mark in the GSC West Division. It was the third straight 20-win season for the Wonder Boys.
